Last year, 2020, the only traveling we did was to the UP. This year, we are adventuring a bit further, however, we started off the summer traveling with a trip to the UP with our friends and neighbors the Allens. They drove their camper up to the UP and slept in their camper while utilizing our house. We showed them around Au Train River, Miners' Castle, Munising Falls, and took the RipTide Ride (which was awesome by the way!). Here are a few pics.  With vaccination rates increasing and cases decreasing, we decided to take the kids to Bay Beach in Green Bay for a few rides. I think they were so thrilled and surprised that we agreed to do it. What a blast. Charlie drove his first Go-Cart and Carrie went on the "Zippin' Pippin'" for the first time. Don't blink, kids grow up SOOOO fast!   

Both Charlie and Carrie had a ballet recital, slimmed down version, this year. It was great to see them dance in person and they showed so much JOY in doing this. It was also great so have Grandma and Papa join us. For a celebration, we ate outside at Vintage afterwards.
