This SPIRITED Child turns 2 today. He is a challenge in so many ways, but also an extremely affectionate child. He is normal in all areas, except speech where he is quite significantly delayed, but he is in speech therapy a lot, so it should help. As you can tell from the photos below, he is not found of fire, people singing to him, or the whole concept of a birthday. This is completely the opposite of his older brother (and sister).

Because sometimes she is just so damn cute on costume day at school!

Charlie chose to celebrate his birthday at the Nitty Gritty this year. We took him out of school for a birthday lunch with Grandma and Papa. He had a great time! He also had a birthday movie with Alaina, Abby and his sister. They saw "Boss Baby" and had pizza from Topper's afterwards. Charlie is approximately 48" tall and 45lbs. At this point in his life, he claims he wants to be a construction worker. We will see how long that lasts. We love you Charlie and are so proud of all the things that you have achieved.
