Colin 10 months

So everything you read in Carrie's post...well Colin is the opposite! Just kidding. He has his good moments, but many needy, Whinny, and tiresome moments as well. Colin is passionately physical. He can push chairs across kitchens (often with a kid on them!!). He walks along everything he can. He hates sitting still or being stuck in a high chair, or wherever for long. But boy is he cute. I mean he wins me over all the time! All he has to do is look at me. I am weak. He weighs about 18.5lbs and I look forward to seeing him kick Carrie and Charlie's ass...ha!

Charlie has so many interesting qualities. I love him for that. He goes through really distinct Phases in life. For a long time in was map drawing, then playing school, then office supplies, then construction, now we are into recycling. This is very funny cause everyday he comes home from school he immediately asks if there is any recycling for him to do (merely putting stuff in the bin in the garage). Alas, if you need your house organized Charlie will come help! He comes to help me clean up after birthday parties (and I pay him) and he does an amazing job. If nothing else in life, Charlie will be a heck of a custodian. Speaking of careers, Charlie is that kid who will warm your heart, help in any way, play nicely, etc...but struggles in school. He is being evaluated for speech issues again and maybe this can be a source of help. He is a bright bright young boy, but I feel his strengths come in different areas than are tested in K. He adores art class, sings beautifully, loves to help...

Carrie, or as I would like to call her, "Nicki Jr." Is practically perfect in every way (hehe). She is a joy to the millionth degree. As long as she is busy or has a buddy (mainly Charlie) she is happy. Even when sick she is still happy as a clam.  As of now, she knows all her colors and shapes and can identify basic numbers (1-10). More importantly, she takes turns well, plays with her string cheese and turns them into Elsa and Anna or a slide for a raisin to slide down. She is a pro on her balance bike as well.  Carrie's love for daddy is strong. She regularly runs up and says "good morning daddy." She is also a big hugger and kisser to her brothers. They are less than receptive to this!  She is a very typical middle child. She goes with the flow, doesn't care about routine or if we are in or out of one. She teaches herself everything (I haven't taught her anything). When she does get one on one attention, she loves it but only needs about 15 mins to s...
